Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program

The Counseling Center is offering a free course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to SU and SUNY-ESF students. The eight-week course meets Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM, beginning February 4th.  The program also includes a Retreat class that will take place Saturday, March 28th, from 12:00-4:00 PM

Further information and registration for the program will be offered at the mandatory orientation/screening sessions.  You can meet the instructor and register for the class at one of the following two sessions:

  • Wednesday, January 21st, from 6:00 -7:00 PM, Hall of Languages, Room 500.
  • Wednesday, January 28th, from 6:00 -7:00 PM, Hall of Languages, Room 500.

Open to all SU and SUNY ESF graduate and undergraduate students.
